Your Spain Weekend : Means the company operating the site yourspainweekend.com
Participant : All the members of the group participating in the stay.
Organiser : The member of the group taking responsibility of organising the booking and reservation with Your Spain Weekend.
On request of the organiser, Your Spain Weekend will provide a detailed quote to the client. Our team will then establish with the customer details and contents of the stay. Once the activity or package is established, the customer will then receive a pro forma invoice including details of the services contracted and their price including VAT. The customer will then have the responsibility to check carefully that both the activity or package matches with what was agreed. To confirm the booking the customer will then have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount which is non refundable. The final payment (70%) must be made 30 days before the date of arrival. The organiser is responsible for the booking and therefore undertakes to ensure that all other participants are aware of these booking and cancellation conditions.
Terms of cancelation:
All cancellations must be sent to our email address [email protected]. Our customer service team will respond within 12 hours.
When confirming a cancellation the following compensation will be adhered to:
- More than 30 days before the date of the service 70% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the date of the service 30% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days no refund will be refunded.
If in the the event one of the individual members of your party cancel we will offer a refund as per the above. However this will not be applicable if group discounts were applied. If there is a difference in the total package costs this may result in further payments from the other members of the group. However, Your Spain Weekend will work with you to provide the best solution.
If there are adverse weather conditions and our suppliers feel there is a risk to carry out any of the activities we will offer a 100% refund. If Your Spain Weekend cancel any part of the booking and cannot find an alternative solution or reschedule for another date we will refund the amount of the activity. Our refunds take between 3-5 working days and will be returned back to the card payment or bank account the monies were received.
Schedules and punctuality:
Your Spain Weekend are responsible in providing a detailed itinerary of all the services and activities booked. If the client fails to adhere to the times agreed and fails to communicate that in advance they risk the chance of losing part or all of their payment. It is therefore the responsibility of the participants to take all the necessary steps to arrive at the time of the activities. Your Spain Weekend cannot be held responsible if participants arrive late.
Some suppliers, in particular (apartments and hostels) require a deposit. If this is the case Your Spain Weekend will give you enough notice. Customers must pay this amount on arrival directly to the service provider, in cash or by credit card.
Your Spain Weekend cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, property damage, personal injury or death that occurs during the stay, except in the case of negligence on our part. In this situation any prosecution must be conducted under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
All our service providers have taken out the necessary liability insurance. Some of our activities carry some risk and when you book with Your Spain Weekend you understand and accept these.
